The United States delegation, led by Vice President JD Vance, has left Islamabad, Pakistan, after failing to reach an agreement with Iran following 21 hours of negotiations. Vance departed Pakistan’s capital on Sunday after the marathon talks ended without a deal, citing major disagreements between both sides. Vance said Iran refused to accept key American conditions, including commitments not to develop nuclear weapons. “So we go back to the United States having not come to an agreement. During the talks, Vance was joined by US officials, including Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, while Iran was represented by senior figures such as Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and Abbas Araqchi.
