Uganda's strict anti-gay laws could affect tourists


Ugandan lawmakers approved some of the world’s harshest anti-gay laws — making some crimes punishable by death. The new legislation could impose up to 20 years in prison for people identifying as LGBTQ+. Tourists from other countries would also be subject to the laws.
