President Uhuru Kenyatta has joined other leaders in mourning Ambassador Bethuel Kiplagat, describing him as a great Kenyan diplomat. The former TJRC chairman died in his sleep at Nairobi Hospital on Friday after a long illness. He served as the chairman of the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) from 2009 to November 2010.
