Adelani Adepegba and Grace Edemathe acting Vice-Chancellor, University of Lagos, Prof. Folasade Ogunsola, on Wednesday, pledged the cooperation of the institution with the Federal Government’s special visitation panel, which is expected to begin its investigations next week. Ogunsola, who just arrived from Abuja, where she attended the inauguration of the visitation panel, told The PUNCH that she was preparing for the panel. She said, “There really won’t be much to do beyond the visitation panel which is what we will be dealing with. Adamu said despite these interventions, the crisis led to the removal of the VC by the Governing Council during its meeting on August 12, 2020. He added, “Due process was alleged not to have been followed in the removal and appointment of the vice-chancellor and the acting vice-chancellor respectively.
