Previously the ACAFP, the PVF Football Academy, and Vietnam Cable Television (VTVcab) signed a cooperation deal on September 22 in Hanoi. Ho Chi Minh City has topped the list of destinations with the highest number of tourists in the year to date. In the coming years, Vietnam will continue to fully implement the provisions of the Constitution and the laws concerning people with disabilities, as well as international commitments that Vietnam has signed. Vietnam Railways warns that passengers should not buy any tickets that are resold uncontrollably on the Internet via informal platforms.
