UNESCO recognised the art as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity on December 15, 2021. Cultural resources include human resources, cultural heritage and products, and cultural infrastructure. It will also work to fulfil all commitments given while joining the UNESCO Creative City Network. As scheduled, the city has only one year to fulfil its commitments stated in its dossiers for UNESCO Creative City Network. Cultural lectures on Hanoi's iconic condominiumsFriends of Vietnam Heritage (FVH) will organise a cultural lecture on Hà Nội’s khu tập thể or condominiums on September 24.
