VP streamlines housing procedures from 27 requirements to just nineVice President (VP) and Housing Czar Ma. Leonor “Leni” Robredo has cut down to nine the number of requirements for socialized housing projects from the original 27 documents. This will make it easier for communities and homeowners associations to submit their documents for the Community Mortgage Program. Socialized housing projects have been delayed due to conflicting registrations of homeowners associations in the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board. The processing of documents in housing takes as long as two years because of red tape.
