The occasion being Senior Night at Camarillo High, Robert Trey Valles III wanted to honor his own family with a stirring performance. So too was his "other" family, and Valles made sure to hug each of the Scorpions coaches before joining his teammates. "I spend more time with them than I do with my real family," Valles would say later with a smile. Valles' 9-yard scoring run on the first series of the third quarter finished off a six-play, 62-yard march. The scoring play was Meyer's 27-yard hookup with Addison.
