Police in Vancouver have arrested a man they believe is behind two random attacks on elderly women. An 84-year-old woman was sitting on her walker waiting for a ride on a busy street last Thursday when a man kicked her off her seat. The man's mental health is believed to be a factor in the attacks. Two hours later and a few blocks away, a 70-year-old woman in a wheelchair out with her daughter suffered minor injuries after she was punched in the face by a man matching the same description. She was taken to hospital and treated for a broken elbow.
