With the Rajya Sabha failing to work for the eight consecutive day on Friday, Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu called for cooperation from all parties, and warned that he would not hesitate to act against erring members. Mr. Naidu reminded the members that many important pieces of legislation and issues were pending. “I will not be happy to take action, but if I have to take action, I will be taking action, irrespective of the party...,” he told the agitating members. “The Chairman can make the facility for the members to raise issues.
