A 22-year-old man has been identified by family as the victim of the early Monday fire at Bathurst St. and Richmond St. W that heavily damaged a landmark barber shop and a residential building next door. William Secord Mattson was living in a basement apartment at the residence beside Corrado’s Barbershop on Bathurst south of Richmond Ave. W., his father Robert Mattson told the Star. Willam Secord Mattson, 22, was killed in the fire that gutted 160 and 162 Bathurst St. Monday. Accaputo, who owned both affected buildings — 160 and 162 Bathurst St. — told reporters at the scene Monday he first heard about the fire from his tenants. Fire investigators at the scene of a fatal fire on Bathurst St. on Tuesday.
