Raz was released from captivity on November 29, under a temporary truce deal between Israel and Hamas. But her husband Ohad is believed to still be held in Gaza, along with more than 100 hostages. She said that her mother had lost weight while in captivity and hasn't been sharing much of her experiences there. As her father's birthday is on December 24, Ella wished for a 'Christmas miracle' that would bring her father back. Her wish comes as intensive talks are underway on a ceasefire to get hostages freed and let aid into Gaza.
