On May 5, at 12am, the police of Bac Tu Liem District were informed of a railway accident. The victim was a 30-year-old woman who lost one third of her left hand and one third of the right foot. N repeatedly suggested to the police to verify that she had a railway accident and the injury level, so that she could receive insurance payout from two life insurance firms. Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tung, police chief of Bac Tu Liem district, said this was the first time in Vietnam an accident was arranged in order to take insurance pay-out.
