Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Hong Nam speaks at the event. Addressing the event, Vietnamese Ambassador Vu Hong Nam reviewed Vietnam's achievements over the past 77 years. Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos Nguyen Ba Hung (second from the right) and Lao officials cut a cake to celebrate the 77th anniversary of National Day of Vietnam and the 60th anniversary of the Vietnam-Laos diplomatic relations. He also expressed his gratitude to the Lao Party, State and people for their always solidarity with and support to Vietnam. The National Day of Vietnam was also observed at a ceremony held by the Vietnamese Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, on the same day./.
