A 20-year-old woman, identified simply as Blessing, has been killed by a stray bullet in Amassoma, Bayelsa State. PUNCH Metro learnt on Sunday that the incident occurred on Thursday, April 2, when suspected cultists attempted to attack a young man at a laundry shop in the community. A stray bullet was said to have missed the fleeing victim and struck Blessing in the process. “A suspected cultist was attempting to attack a young man, and immediately he saw them, he ran away. She just came back from church.”Another source who was familiar with the incident said Blessing died on the spot.
