11 individuals, including Former Suna West MP Joseph Ndiege, were hospitalised following protests that erupted during a gathering organized by Azimio's Raila Odinga and attended by ODM delegates in Migori County. Ndiege's two vehicles, Toyota Landcruiser V8 and Toyota Probox, were denied entry and the vehicles pelted with stones by the youth. During his address at the meeting, Raila said that those elected on ODM party ticket needed to adhere to the party Constitution or else resign and seek re-election. “ODM must be strong as a political party, it can be strong when there Is discipline but it cannot progress when there are cases of indiscipline,” Raila said.
