Raila implies that president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy Mr. William Ruto are the master planners of violence that has rocked his rallies in western Kenya. The local media in Kenya, as well as the social-cum-digital media are all awash with stories about Raila Odinga blaming the incumbent government for influencing the youths in western province to protest with violence against his rallies.
