This week, we have a Virgin Atlantic Airbus A330-300 on final approach to London Heathrow, as it prepares to cross the threshold to the runway. Virgin Atlantic operates a fleet of 10 Airbus A330-300s in its fleet. They support the airlines’ operations along with the Airbus A330-900neo, Airbus A350-1000 and Boeing 787-9. The Airbus A330-300s are in line for replacement over time, as further Airbus A330-900neo aircraft are delivered to the airline. It joined the Virgin Atlantic fleet in February 2011.
