KUALA LUMPUR: National women's doubles shuttler Vivian Hoo believes she and her temporary partner Chow Mei Kuan are growing stronger as a pair ahead of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. The fifth seeded Vivian-Mei Kuan played eighth seeds Chen Hsiao Huan-Hu Ling Fang of Taiwan in a late semi-final tie. Vivian said: "My combination with Mei Kuan is not as smooth as Woon Khe Wei (Vivian's regular partner), but we are getting better. National women's doubles shuttler Vivian Hoo (Right) believes she and her temporary partner Chow Mei Kuan are growing stronger as a pair ahead of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. The pair played another Taiwanese duo Lee Sheng Mu-Lin Chia Yu for a spot in the final late on Saturday.
