DHAKA, April 9, 2026 (BSS) - The by-election in Bogura-6 constituency and general election in Sherpur-3 constituency began today at 7:30 am. BNP candidate Md. Bougra-6 constituency has a total of 150 polling stations, 835 polling booths and a total of 450,309 voters. This constituency has 128 polling stations, 751 polling booths and 409,806 voters. According to EC sources, adequate security measures have been taken at the polling stations of the two constituencies.
