An incidence of police negligence has emerged from Delhi's Ghaziabad. A 14-year-old boy Qadir was stabbed in the head and kept waiting for nearly 20 minutes as police completed the documentation formalities before sending him to a hospital. In a video that has gone viral on social media, he can be seen walking around the station with little to no help for nearly 20 minutes, all the while bleeding profusely. The boy and his mother were then sent away in an auto after a report was reportedly filed. The boy and his mother were victims of assault and robbery.
