After weeks of acrimonious rows Fianna Fáil was forced to accept the expert legal advice presented to the committee on the future funding of domestic water yesterday. The final report was passed by a majority of committee members including TDs and senators from Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil plus Noel Grealish, the independent TD, and Pádraig O Céidigh, the committee chairman.
