Reading wife Frankie’s new book is top of Wayne Bridge’s to-do list – after she refused to read it to him in bed. The former Premier League star admits he is “not much of a reader” but said he is “so proud” of 31-year-old Frankie for speaking out about her mental health battles. At the launch of her book, Open: Why Asking For Help Can Save Your Life, Wayne, 39, said: “I asked Frankie to read it to me in bed but she told me to f*** off. “It’s tough to put it all into words but Frankie has been so outspoken and honest. At the book launch, he said: “She has low self-esteem, self-confidence and anxiety, but she smashes everything she does.
