In the first 14 games played by D.C. United this season, the team’s record was horrible - won 2, drew 5 and lost 7. With just 11 points from 14 games, things were looking bleak. In retrospect giving D.C. United a 26% chance of qualifying for post-season play seemed quite generous. Since July 14, D.C. United has won six, drawn another two and lost four, collecting 20 points from 12 games. Needless to say, given D.C. United’s form (18 points from a possible 24) since moving into Audi Field, it offers D.C. United a significant advantage.
