They had during a recent campaign tour of the region by the New Patriotic Party presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo, claimed the Volta Region has been taken for granted by the John Mahama-led government. According to them, the neglect of the region, considered as the ‘World Bank’ of the NDC, has resulted in under-development, something they are not happy about. “It is only when we are advised and we don’t take it, then it means this husband is truly… finding a way to run away. We truly love our wives and we will want to have our wives back” Mr Debrah pleaded.
