Speaking in Anyirawase, in the Ho West District of the Volta Region on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, he noted that technology, though an important training tool, threatens the moral upbringing of the children. Bagbin said that the use of technology in education threatens the country's future, and hence, stakeholders must be proactive in managing the use of technological tools for education and other purposes. “We must not allow technology to destroy the future of our children but assist them to become a better version of themselves,” he stressed. The Awudome Traditional Authorities lauded Bagbin's interest in the development and called for further support to strengthen the chieftaincy institution in the area.
