By Colt Shaw, STAFF WRITERA 23-year-old man was charged Wednesday with murder in the West Philadelphia stabbing death this week of a woman whom he met through social media. Cole Swaringer-Herring, of the 200 block of South 49th Street, also was charged with arson, abuse of corpse, and related offenses, police said. About 10:10 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to the rear alley of the 200 block of South 49th and found the woman’s burned body under a pile of leaves. “[My kids] ride their bikes through there.”She added, “Me and a friend of mine, we were just out here.
