JUST over a decade ago, Kieran Donaghy was asked by PST Sport managing director Colin Teahon to come in and give a motivational talk to staff on the importance of teamwork and honesty in the workplace. Once he’d delivered his talk, Donaghy took a seat down the back of the room and listened to Teahon’s presentation on the amount of square metres of artificial grass PST Sport had installed in 2015 and how it would be busier again the following year for the company.
