The Americana Burger. Executive Chef Adam Rosenblum moved to San Francisco in 2013 where he began working as a sous chef at the acclaimed restaurant Flour + Water. It was in 2014 when he was offered the chance to open Causwells, a neighborhood bistro that would soon become renown for its exceptional Americana Burger. One of the best things on the menu is the Americana Burger which propelled you to burger fame a few years back. We use a unique blend of cuts that feature whole muscles which gives the Americana Burger its flavor and texture.
