A previous budget of US$180,000 for entertainment was submitted by the entertainment committee, which included Amb. Endee and Tubman along with two other members representing the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC), but was reduced many times. Former Foreign Affairs Minister Marjon Kamara and Archibald Bernard, representing the Congress for Democratic Change, headed the inauguration committee. FrontPageAfrica has seen several receipts showing that Endee spent over US$6,000 to pre-finance activities leading to the programs. She clarified that her role was to only work with others on the entertainment committee.
