Sarah Willingham, 47, is an entrepreneur and investor and appeared in two series of the BBC show Dragons’ Den. She started Nightcap, a hospitality buy-and-build business, with her husband Michael Willingham-Toxvaerd last year and floated it in January on Aim, London’s junior stock market. It has made two acquisitions so far and the group employs 250 staff. Why am I buying hospitality businesses rather than starting them myself?
