The very fact that Kenya now has legislation endorsed bY the World Anti Doping Agency that legitimises the Anti Doping Agency of Kenya is an effort towards this global fight. One would assume Kenyans are already aware doping in sports is a spectre that has become all too real in recent years. This weekend however, those who do not wish Kenya well have chosen to remind the world of our recent dark past. So Media houses choosing to reveal activities of Kenya’s dark past when in full knowledge of the latest development, speaks of mischief. Yes doping was and remains an issue that needs to be fought aggressively by everyone.
