"One of the other recommendations which I have for all the Gen Zs as far as investing is concerned is that they should be very much aware of the power of compounding. They do not know how to plan for retirement at an early stage of life. And they do not know how to, let us say, balance their investments, diversify them in equities, bonds, stocks, and mutual funds, ETFs , etc. So I think as far as investing is concerned for Gen Zs, what I would recommend or advise is that it's very, very crucial to, let us say, understand about money at an early stage of life itself. So by that, what I mean is that people should be aware about how do you manage or how do you handle this money.
