Real estate agents are receiving more inquiries from overseas and some people are buying houses without seeing them. The sudden move back up the Covid alert levels means the business of real estate is set to slow down a little, particularly in Auckland. Recent events have highlighted the need to adhere to Covid-19 prompted rules strictly, so the Real Estate Institute (REINZ) has issued a reminder of what those rules are for real estate agents.
