OTTAWA — So what’s Stéphane Dion up to these days? Instead of just targeting relationships with various EU institutions in Brussels — a complicated job — Dion can think about regional co-ordination among missions. Incidentally, another guest there was Marie-Anne Coninsx, the former EU ambassador to Canada who’s in her own brand-new role as EU ambassador for the Arctic. As of last week, Dion had visited Brussels three times and was expected to continue showing up for key events. In Paris this week, Dion was tweeting from the Bergedorf Round Table, focused on German and French perspectives on European integration.
