In an internal memo obtained by the Star, Humber College said it “recognized the need” for paid sick days and decided to maintain them following Bill 47. At George Brown’s School of ESL, where Brown teaches, some 79 out of 95 faculty members are sessional or part-time — and now, without paid sick days.
