The type of car more vehicle thieves opted for over anything else, was not a sports car or a flashy 4x4, it was in fact a Ford Focus. But despite this, it was an area in Staffordshire that was found to be one of the riskiest places in the UK to leave a car. A total of 55 cars were stolen from High Street in Staffordshire in 2018. Outside of there, thieves were also found to commonly strike on Cornwall Road and Edgehill Road in Leicestershire, with 22 cars stolen from these streets in 2018.
