But if you haven’t yet got around to booking you might be wondering which format you should see it in. This is the second movie ever to be filmed entirely on IMAX cameras – the first being Avengers: Infinity War. However, there’s no question that with its enormous screens and wider format picture it can’t match IMAX for scale. Yes, Avengers: Endgame was filmed in 2D, but post-conversions have come a long way in the last few years. So, no real surprise, IMAX Laser is undoubtedly the best way to see Avengers: Endgame – though I for one will want to experiment with another format for the probable second viewing.
