Akasa Air has seen another key change at the top, with co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer Praveen Iyer stepping down from his role. His exit marks the second major leadership departure at the airline in less than three years since it began operations. Praveen Iyer is one of the founding members of Akasa Air and served as its Chief Commercial Officer since the airline’s launch. Before joining Akasa Air, Iyer worked with Jet Airways and Qatar Airways, where he handled important responsibilities in network planning, revenue management and commercial strategy. Following his resignation, another co-founder, Anand Srinivasan, has taken charge as the new Chief Commercial Officer.
