In order to make sure all are performing at their peak, the company needs to have a good boss. When we first started out as entrepreneurs, we were attracted to the idea of having flexibility and freedom – having no boss. Since we are both the boss and the employee, we need to keep an eye on both versions of ourselves. As the "boss," review your performance in the same way you would an employee:• Are you on time for work and meetings/appointments? Having the mentality of a boss isn't to hinder your progress, but rather to draw out your greatness.
