Government has filed a suit against the company for failing to pay SSNIT contributions of its employees between the periods of February 2015 to July 2015 and June 2016 to October 2016. We however defaulted in the payment of February 2017 installment as a result of unexpected delays in our receivables on current contracts being executed. This is to demonstrate our commitment to abide by the negotiation agreement going forward,” portions of the letter read. The company consequently pleaded with SSNIT to rescind its decision to abrogate the negotiation.
