Why Uhuru’s vision for growth remains blurry

On Thursday May 20, as he officially inaugurated the new Port of Lamu, President Uhuru Kenyatta was accosted by an unknown man. The unknown man was quickly detained by security before being taken away. However, that does not mean we are not justified in wanting to express ourselves about our exasperation with the system. Instead of just glossing over it, the President should have taken this opportunity to realise that his vision could be more damaging to his people than he anticipated.
