Q During the pandemic we have probably all been tempted to buy online from unfamiliar brands. Blesher, a Spanish shoe company, advertised some stylish boots on Instagram at a discounted price. Being a tall gentleman, and the fact that these were available in a size 47 was tempting, I ordered the boots at £55.62 and paid £2.74 for shipping and insurance using my John Lewis Mastercard. The order was processed and acknowledged on July 25 and payment taken two days later. It contained only a plastic bag with the shoes and a size 38 label.
