A rainfall warning has been issued for Metro Vancouver, while some B.C. mountain passes could face an early season dump of snow according to Environment Canada. Special Weather Statement still in effect for a few BC highway passes. Up to 60 millimetres could fall in parts of Metro Vancouver and Howe Sound by Monday morning, said an alert from Environment Canada issued Sunday. There are 10 regions — with high mountain passes — facing special weather statements for the potential of snow accumulation.
