Two charities in Windsor are working together once more to offer a recycling service for real Christmas trees next week. Windsor Lions will be picking up real, used Christmas trees from outside residents’ houses in exchange for a donation to Thames Hospice. Mike Sells, one of the organisers at Windsor Lions Club said: "We love working with other partners in the community. Apart from our old friends at Thames Hospice, to have both Ascot and Windsor Racecourses on board is a big boost. The Windsor Lions and Thames Hospice tree collections will take place between January 5 and 7.
