Windsor's Noelle Montcalm is heading to Rio. Montcalm, who attended St. Joseph's high school, won the event with a time of 55.83. The University of Windsor graduate won the womens' 400-meter hurdles at the Canadian Track and Field Championships and Olympic Trials in Edmonton Friday afternoon.
