Canada Life, Bee Clean Building Maintenance and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority made the tail end of the top-300 companies, placing 202nd, 224th and 281st, respectively. Forbes releases its ranking annually. Salary, gender pay-equity, work flexibility, promotion opportunities and on-the job training are among the criteria employers are rated on, according to Forbes.
