Stone Angel Brewing Company used wheatgrass and spinach to make their St. Patrick's Day beer green without the help of food colouring. It's also likely going to be among the healthier beers you'll find this St. Patrick's Day — it gets its colour from the addition of wheatgrass and spinach.
