Winter Olympics star Fredrik Moeller was airlifted to hospital after being involved in a terrifying crash during his preparations for the 2026 Games. The Norwegian, who is an alpine skier, was left needing emergency medical attention after he lost control at high speed. A rescue helicopter quickly arrived at the scene and airlifted him to hospital on a stretcher for further checks, with concerned team-mates watching on. Photos highlighted the seriousness of the crash, with Moeller appearing to hit the barriers at the side of the course. Moeller, who was tipped as one of the favourites for gold at the Games, was previously involved in a serious crash during the World Cup downhill event last year.
