Police were alerted to the incident thanks to a video that circulated via social media later that day. The teenager was identified by neighbourhood officers and asked to come into Wisbech Police Station for an interview. Police have also identified two other youths who officers have visited and have a couple more to speak to. "Parents, please expect a door knock," said a police spokesperson. "Parents and carers, do you know what your children are up to?"
